How do I archive tasks?

Archived tasks won´t be displayed in your task list until you activate the option “include archived items”. The advantage of archiving is that your data aren´t lost and can be blended in at any time. By clicking on the columns’ headings you can sort your task list correspondant.

Customers/Projects/Tasks/User and working times can be archived through a click on the checkbox on the left next to the concerning entry and a last click on “Archive selected”. If you also want to display your archived entries, please select “Include archived items” at the top.
