Like most website operators, FINARX collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. FINARX’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how FINARX’s visitors use the website.
FINARX also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on the FAQ and Support area. We only disclose logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below, except that commenter IP addresses and email addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrators of the blog where the comment was left.
Visitors of the website registering to the Webcenter cloud service will leave personal information like Company, Name and email Adress etc. Email-Information is forwarded to 3rd party services to verify with blacklist and whitelist services to avoid spam registrations. Same applies if Single-Sign-On options are used like Google+ or Facebook Login.
Financial information and postal adress is only collected in case a PRO account or superior is subscribed to.
