I forgot my login adress, what can I do?

If you forgot your login please contact your administrator at first, he can change your password and he is able to give you a new login name. If you are the administrator of your cloud account please use the “forgot password”-function and enter “admin” as login. In the following you will receive an e-mail with a new password for the user “admin”. You can now login with the user “admin” and the received password and you can change passwords and create new users via “administration”.
